Hey guys (and girls), my name is Queen Bird Nerd and it is a pleasure to welcome you to my royal blog!!
On this blog, I will be posting Tips (not the money kind) and facts about Australian birds as well as a series of diaries about my birds (From Fauna Rescue). These will be called Flying Diaries.
I have quite a bit of experience with birds, but I’m still learning, so don’t listen to EVERYTHING I say and feel free to make comments with other bird facts to tell me.
Last year, I became a Fauna Rescue SA carer, and we’ve had many birds come in from magpies to lorikeets to wrens.
The reason I started this blog was to educate and amaze people about the power of birds. Also, I couldn’t find very many practical bird websites, so I created my own.
I will be blogging once a month (Tips and facts) and once a week (Flying Diaries) so feel free to come back.
My blog is free to everyone, but I do have a few rules.
Rule 1: No real names (make up a cool name that has something to do with birds)
Rule 2: No mean comments (I accept feedback, but try to make it nice)
Rule 3: No gossip (this blog is for birds, well, you can gossip about birds)
I have NO IDEA how people can like or dislike my blog, but to follow it click the little icon that pops up saying “Follow”
